My qualification – your advantage:

I am a systemically trained coach – certified according to standards recognized by, among others, the DBVC (German Federal Coaching Association) and the ECA (European Coaching Association).

At the same time, I bring over 15 years of operational experience: both in line management in consumer goods and retail companies and as a strategy consultant for top executives in corporations and SMEs. I, therefore, know both perspectives – that of the decision-maker  and that of the advisor.

This combination of sound coaching methodology and entrepreneurial practice enables collaboration as equals: solution-oriented, practical, and with a feel for dynamics, hierarchies, and real challenges in everyday leadership.

I combine over fifteen years of practical experience in leading roles as a management consultant, project manager, department head, and managing director with my earlier work as a theologian in congregations, schools, and universities to create a comprehensive perspective on people and organizations. With over 20 years of experience in adult education, sales, human resources management, and international management development, Heinz Groten combines sound expertise with many years of leadership experience. His studies in pedagogy and psychology, as well as his work as a manager and member of the board of directors in global companies, shape his practical approach.
